About BOOST Pickleball Intermediate Training Camps:
These camps are designed for players seeking only the highest-quality training program experience, Pickleball Central has partnered with three-time US Open Gold Medalist Steve Dawson of the World Famous Bobby Riggs Racket and Paddle center.

The camps will be run using a program developed by Coach Dawson using his 25+ years of competitive training experience. These camps are designed for players rated 3.0-4.0 who are seeking a "play hard, compete hard, have fun" environment. All of the drills and skills are designed to translate immediately into competitive play, and each drill is based on a specific competition objective. The program is designed not only to improve your mechanics and shot techniques, it is designed to help improve your approach to game and match play - making you both a better player, and a more formidable competitor. Over three days, you will have 15 hours of thoughtfully structured clinics, playing and competing with similarly skilled players.
You should expect a lot of personalized instruction, as the instructor to student ratio is 8 to 1, and each drill is led by the Coach Dawson and his hand picked 5.0 Guest Pro & staff instructors. Space is limited to 48 participants and will use 12 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts.
Our Pickleball Training Camps will focus on skill development, strategy, shot technique, practice methods, and mental preparation to improve your overall game. These programs are sponsored by PickleballTournaments.com, and administered by Pickleball Central so you can sign up with confidence. The team at Englewood Sports Complex has collaborated with Pickleball Central and PickleballTournaments.com to create the best possible program, so we guarantee your satisfaction with this training camp! You will receive world-class instruction from nationally ranked players and guest professionals, in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.
Unique to these camps is the use of both a highly trained and experienced Head Professional Instructor along with a Proven Championship Winning Caliber Guest Pro Instructor who will share unique insights into what it takes to succeed at the highest level of the sport. The Head Pro is certified to teach this program by Steve Dawson. The Guest Pros (see which camps have which guest pros below) are hand selected by Coach Dawson and are familiar with his approach to teaching winning pickleball. The result is you will get access to an amazing amount of face-to-face time with some of the best players in the game.
