We ship most products from Seattle, Washington; excludes drop-shipped items, see shipping details on those products for more information. "Free shipping" service will ship either via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail. These methods may take up to 7 days to deliver. USPS Priority Mail will generally deliver within 3 days - often less, but USPS delivery times are not guaranteed. Exclusions apply, such as portable net systems, pickleball sets, pickleball machines, and items drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Adverse weather conditions holiday closures can impact delivery times.
