HEAD Xtreme Tour Graphite Paddle

The Xtreme Tour Graphite Pickleball Paddle uses all of HEAD's top technologies to create an incredibly versatile experience. This paddle uses a carbon/graphite hitting surface to create outstanding feel and control. Its light weight allows you to react to the game quickly while returning balls with ease. The comfort grip has been inlayed with EVA material for a soft feel that dampens vibration.

The Xtreme Tour Graphite Pickleball Paddle has additional texture that helps grab pickleballs for easier spin and control. The grip has a medium circumference at a 5" length, while the whole paddle is 16" long. This is longer than average, providing increased reach and flexibility. The design features HEAD's logo in a bright yellow with detailing around the paddle's name. The weight average is 7.9 oz.

Hey everyone, Sarah Ansboury. I am your US OPEN 2016 Women’s Champion as well as Mixed Champion. I’m here to tell you about this fantastic new paddle that I am personally playing with right now. I am absolutely in love with it. This right here is the HEAD Xtreme Tour. What I love, love, love about this is this amazing diamond control shape. With this diamond shape, you actually get a little bit more space near the ground which is really, really cool. It’s got a carbon graphite surface. It’s amazing the grab this paddle has, and I’ve never felt anything like it. The spin you get without even trying is ridiculous. One of my favorite things about this paddle is that we have a single piece. A lot of paddles are made in multiple pieces. This is one single piece. What that means is it’s going to be much more stable paddle overall. You can definitely feel the difference when you pick this up. Please try this paddle out. It’s absolutely fantastic. This Head paddle is just what I need.  I was already able to provide power to hit deep base line returns, but I was lacking the control to back off the power and do drop shots.
This paddle is well suited for those able to provide their own power; thus, it plays very well with the short game...dinking, deflecting, shot dropping.  It will spin as much as you want.
For those coming from a tennis background, it is similar to a smaller headed racquet BUT with a larger sweet spot!
