Therabody RecoveryAir Pneumatic Compression Therapy System

The Therabody RecoveryAir System is an incredibly useful device that can be worn at home to provide pneumatic compression, leading to improved blood flow and expedited recovery after an intense workout. After placing the boots over your legs, overlapping internal chambers inflate sequentially from the foot toward the heart to safely maximize circulation. This methodology is ideal for optimal bloodflow and circulation, unlike lower-quality designs which can cause harmful uneven application of pressure. And because the RecoveryAir's compression chambers are internal, they avoid the build-up of bacteria and moisture, and allow users to clean the surface without fear of contamination.

It's easy to adjust the RecoveryAir system to your liking through the manual pressure control, hold time, and session length. The battery lasts up to 360 minutes so you can count on reliable, relaxing sessions. Enjoy a full, complete cycle of compression and release, allowing your body to flush metabolic waste effectively and welcome fresh, oxigenated blood returning to your legs more quickly. You will truly feel the difference after your very first session with this sytem.

The Therabody RecoveryAir Pneumatic Compression Therapy System allows you to reduce soreness and recover from fatigue quickly, so you can get back to the pickleball court faster than ever.

PickleballCentral Expert's Corner:

Reviews of the RecoveryAir system by Pickleball Central Staff:

"I had an opportunity to try out the RecoveryAir system at a tournament in Chicago, recently. Therabody's vendor booth happened to be set up right next to ours, so after a few days of being on my feet assisting customers, and playing pickleball each night, I decided to take them up on their offer of a free treatment. They assured me I would be amazed at the results. Can't hurt, right? They asked that I remove my shoes, and laid me back in a reclining lawn chair to stretch my sore legs out in front of me. They slipped the sleeves on my legs, connected the pump, fired it up, and I tried not to let doubt as to the effectiveness of these silly-looking boots creep in. The internal air bladders inflated sequentially, starting at my feet and creeping up my legs until full pressure was achieved. Then...release. The cycle repeated four or five times over the course of about 20 minutes. Once the helpful representatives removed the boots, they warned me not to stand up too quickly as my legs would feel a bit unsteady. Again, I tried to push the doubts aside.
I bent over to put my shoes on and stood up. Unsteady? Yep, they were right. But after maybe 30 to 60 seconds of regaining my balance, my legs felt fantastic! They really weren't sore at all anymore, and I felt like I could go for a run (and I don't "go for runs"). They were right again, I was amazed by the results. This system isn't cheap, but if you can swing it and need to get back on your feet quickly after a workout, I've never encountered a more effective way to do it."
