Phoenix LTE Pickleball Paddle by Paddletek

The Phoenix LTE is a top quality beginner paddle with balanced weight distribution and touch. It is middleweight so has enough strength to put away shots. Its sturdy make is balanced by the control-oriented core which allows for finesse during more delicate play up at the net. The surface makes it simpler to add spin to pickleballs without stressing over form.

The Phoenix LTE has a one-year warranty and a large 7-3/4" width for a big sweet spot. It weighs 6.9 - 7.3 oz and has a comfortable medium-sized grip. The vibrant background color is overlaid with the Paddletek "P" logo in white and grey. The composite face compliments the core with a softer, vibration-dampening feel.

The Phoenix LTE will allow you to easily jump into playing pickleball with gear that will ease the learning process.

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8". Red only

5 of 5 My wife loves this paddle! October 29, 2019
Reviewer: Douglas Gindling from Weeki Wachee, FL United States
My wife bought a Paddletek Phoenix LTE paddle in Naples, FL, more than a year ago.  It broke (she's a "banger") between the handle and the body.  However, she loved the feel and decided to replace her paddle with the same model.  We did some comparison shopping and the price at Pickleball Central was competitive or better than other providers.  It arrived on schedule and she loves it.  She's kicking butt again on the court.

3 of 5 Paddletek Phoenix LTE May 2, 2019
Reviewer: Jay Kaplan from Scottsdale, AZ United States
As an ambassador in – coincidentally – Phoenix,  this review covers my own thoughts and those of 15 friends rated from 3.0 to 4.0.
The pros of the paddle are that it is light and easy to move around, it has a good pop off the face and it has a stable feel when balls are hit off-center.
The cons include a grip that was too small even for small-handed players - a flaw that can be remedied easily with a bigger grip and the face is quite firm resulting in very little absorption of the ball into the paddle  so that balls pop off the face with a lot less control than advanced players want.

If I were recommending this paddle to someone it would be to a beginner who should never use a wooden paddle.  This is an excellent entry-level,  attractively priced paddle that has good weight and  balance.  For advanced players, it is a little stiff and hard-faced. For beginners and those who  want a relatively inexpensive paddle for occasional games, this one is ideal.
