The reverse teardrop gives the paddle some interesting aerodynamic properties that allow you to move quickly to balls. It is a midweight paddle (7.7-7.9 oz) that has the weight to put some power behind your shots and ensure the put-away shots get put away. The grip, like other thick core paddles, is a bit larger but still comfortable (not too boxy). The performance of the Helio is comparable to paddles in the same price range.
