Graphite Zen Pickleball Paddle
The Graphite Zen is a standout pickleball paddle. There are just so many great features to talk about with the Zen. The paddle face has a great shape that utilizes the traditional rectangle design making a tall paddle that also has nice width. The total length on this paddle is 15-1/2”, and it measures a generous 7-5/8” wide.
The elements are all top-of-the-line Onix Sports quality. The edge guard and adhesives do their job so well that we get very few returns. The interior core is aluminum honeycomb, which gives the paddle more sensitivity or, as we say in pickleball, "touch". The middleweight paddle (6.7 to 8.1 ounces) also provides great control. This paddle has a medium grip, which is great for the majority of players.
The vinyl decal over the graphite face helps make this paddle a "Green Zone" quiet paddle that is approved for play at communities that have noise restrictions on paddles.
The Graphite Zen is a staff favorite here at PickleballCentral. Play with the Zen and you're playing with integrity on the court. Shots you think won't make it, land nicely coming off a Zen paddle face.
Available in the following colors: blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, yellow and black.

Love this paddle! Reviewer: Michael Vaupel from Olympia, WA United States Since I like to switch hands during a game I needed a handle that won't slip in my hands. I am really enjoying my new Zen paddle. It has excellent contact feel and a fabulous grip. The price was a little steep but I don't see myself needing another paddle for a very long time.
Great new paddle Reviewer: James Hazlewood from Mesquite, NV United States This paddle is lighter than my composite one and it helps keep the ball in bounds. It is also much quieter than the composite. It cuts down a little on the speed of my serve but makes up for it with better control.
Love It Reviewer: Laurie from North Carolina United States I had the opportunity to try another player's Zen paddle several weeks ago. That helped me to make my decision. It really has a lot of "pop" & power coming off the face. I also feel like I have more control of my short shots. Although I have small hands I really love the overall feel of this paddle. (I had a Pro Lite Magnum Graphite Stealth paddle before.)
Best Paddle Ever!! Reviewer: Anonymous Person I have used many paddles before this one and I have to say that the zen paddle is the best one by far. This paddle has made my accuracy and my power DEADLY! And I plan on winning more tournaments with it! Overall the BEST!
exellent paddle Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Asheville, NC United States Nice large grip, very light and maneuverable, excellent feel and action on contact with the ball.
Zen Paddle Reviewer: Steve from Citrus Heights, CA United States With the Zen Paddle, my game changed within minutes. The Zen gives a solid hit, great grip, and the weight is perfect. It also allows great ball control. Best paddle I've ever used.
The zen is sublime. Reviewer: Mark Strehlow from Wausau, WI United States I had been playing with a Spike's paddle, which I like. The zen has far more power and better control. The ball comes off the paddle head faster. The only thing the zen does not do as well is topspin. It hits flatter. But everything else makes up for that. Thanks for the great suggestion.
zen paddle Reviewer: Floyd Mayes from Fayetteville, NC United States I really like the Zen paddle. It handles well, is fast, powerful and accurate. Really a great paddle. Plays well at the net and back court too!
Love this paddle Reviewer: Michael Wolfe from Washougal, WA United States I bought a Zen paddle at Nationals. It is slightly heavier than what I was using but has a great feel. It plays very consistently with the right amount of power and control. I also like the slight texture which adds the ability to spin the ball. Great paddle!

PickleballCentral Expert's Corner:
Staff and Friends Review the Zen Graphite Paddle:
Transcript of Video #1 - Steve Wong
Hi, I’m Steve Wong with Onix Pickleball. This is the Graphite Zen Paddle available at PickleballCentral. This Zen Paddle is one of my custom designs. It has the Asian-inspired characters on there that means power. It’s an aluminum core paddle so it has great touch, great feel. It’s more of a touch paddle than a power paddle. It’s got a long handle, contour grip, standard hitting surface. Once again, it’s a graphite paddle so check it out at PickleballCentral.

Hi, I’m Heidi with Onix Sports. Here, I have our Graphite Zen Paddle, called The Power. And the nice thing about this paddle, is that it’s an aluminum core, it’s a hybrid between our composite and graphite paper core products, so it’s going to give you the power, but it’s also going to give you that control. It’s a really nice paddle, nice bulky handle. Great for indoor play and outdoor.
Transcript of Video #3 - Sally Dobson
Hi, nice to meet you. I’m Sally Dobson. I’ve been playing pickleball for about four years, and I like the Zen Paddle. The reason I tend to favor this paddle for me, is because it gives me a lot of control. I know a lot of people say it doesn’t give you a lot of power, which I probably could use more power, but it works for me in the control area and that’s really what I want. My game is more about playing soft. And so I do really support this paddle and I like all of Wong’s’ paddles.
