It uses a proprietary FiberTek surface treatment that is chemically bonded to the fiberglass face of the paddle, rather than overlaid onto the face, creating a long-lasting texture so players enjoy consistent spin.

The Encore EX Composite Fiberglass Paddle is offered in two weight ranges, either 7.5 - 7.8 (LITE) or 7.9 - 8.3 oz. (Standard) so you can choose the ideal fit for your play style. The handle is 5" long with a medium 4-1/4" grip circumference. The core uses Control Pro technology that is designed to work in tandem with the face to enlarge the size of the sweet spot and offer a responsive feel. With an overall length of 16" this paddle provides a good amount of reach for court coverage, but still has a sizable 8" width for solid defensive capabilities.
