Electrum Pro Graphite Pickleball Paddle

The Electrum Pro Pickleball Paddle is a cutting-edge creation from Silicon Valley featuring excellent durability and balanced construction. Made with premium Toray T700 carbon fiber, the face is resistant to deformation and provides a strong surface to redirect pickleballs. The raw carbon fiber also provides a textured feel which imparts spin and makes it easier to control your shots.

The Electrum Pro Graphite Pickleball Paddle is 8-1/2" wide, offering incredible defense against slams and plenty of room to volley. The polypropylene core only uses full cells which provide a consistent feel no matter where you hit, effectively creating an "edge-to-edge" sweet spot. The Electrum has a medium circumference handle that is 5" long wrapped with a leather grip. The handle is made with carbon fiber just like the face, providing more stability and a better connection throughout the paddle's design.

The Electrum Pro Pickleball Paddle is made for players seeking to improve their game who want reliable performance and efficiency in their equipment.

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8".

I have been playing this paddle for 3 years. It has everything that I want - incredible top spin, power and accuracy. I am at the top of my game! What more could you ask for in a paddle?

Loved the first one for first few months - until it lost both its surface texture (no spin) and power. I bought a replacement because I really liked the first one until it went bad. Same thing happened with the second paddle. Both paddles feel like interior of paddle is crushed down and the surface has separated. Very disappointed in the paddles. Will buy something else as replacement.

So, I purchased two of these from PBC, one for myself and another for my girlfriend. Long story short. Both myself and my girlfriend liked the paddles overall performance, The paddle is thinner than most and the ball comes off it quicker, which, in. my mind would indicate a more power type paddle, i.e. faster return shots/volleys, with a little less control. Overall, we enjoyed the paddles, however, my girlfriend had shoulder surgery and only used the paddle a few times and when she returned to the game, after surgery, within a week, but after the 90 day PBC warranty expire, the core of the paddle sounded like a baby rattle and was clearly bad. I called PBC and they said I had to deal with the manufacturer, which I did. Spoke to the owner and told him the situation and he said to send it to him and he would replace it a half the cost of the paddle. Felt it was a defect since she only played with a few times. GF ended up getting a new paddle, different brand, and tossed the Electrum Pro, Whereas the issue with my paddle was that the plastic trim around the top cracked on both sides where the trim meets the paddle face. I ended up gluing it as best I could. Anyway, maybe on the newer models that trim plastic is better quality. I also ended up getting a top of the line Selkirk and it's core went bad and that was after the the 90 day warranty. PBC replaced it for free. Anyway, regardless of paddle dramas, life on the PB court is bliss, as the world around us slowly implodes.

Like the paddle ... hope this one is constructed better. Previous one broke near the handle in a little over a year of minimal to avg usage ....with no abuse.

For me, the BEST paddle on the market. I first love the shape; second, the gritty surface; third, the touch on 3rd shot drops and dinks. I purchased 2 and the first one is less than a year old and splitting a little on the face so the question is durability but it could beindicative of just this single paddle and not the entire line. Time will tell.

The Electrum paddle is great; I have had a few BEFORE I tried to order another one. The website stated the weight range is 7.9 - 8.2. The one they sent me was 8.5, way too heavy. I let them know and they to indicate on the order the weight I needed. I did that per their instruction, requesting 8.0. The next paddle they sent was 8.4. I had similar problems with the Electrum company so I always take the paddle to a local post office for precision weighing. PB Central refused to acknowledge the accuracy of the post office and said “there must be a disconnect somewhere”, implying I was somehow wrong. Post offices calibrate their scales regularly and I certainly trust their equipment. I do not have a new paddle and they showed that they have no desire whatsoever to take any responsibility.

My 3rd one over the last 2 years. I play 3-5 times a week. Will buy again. For my game, this paddle provides the power, control and spin I look for.

They could not get my paddle order correct after multiple attempts. This company is no longer family owned, bought by large holding company and commitment to service and quality are gone. No comparison to earlier experiences…
