Court Tape - 2 inches (DISCONTINUED)
Pickleball tape for court lines

Price $7.99

Product Code: DE02

Description

This bright orange tape makes great lines for marking your boundaries on the court. This is the tape used at the USA Pickleball Association National Tournament when taping pickleball courts on courts usually used for tennis.
2.0 inches wide
*Please note: Each roll contains 180 feet of tape. To fully mark a pickleball court requires 198 feet of tape.  You will need two rolls of this tape to fully mark a pickleball court.
If you use one roll of tape, you will run out of tape with 18 feet left to mark with tape. In many circumstances, there may be other lines that would work for marking a court and you will not need an entire roll of tape

2 of 5 Recent Order August 12, 2013

Judy, I received the tape and am ready to go for the NJ Senior Olympics coming up shortly.  A couple of things I noticed.  I noticed that last year you sold me 15 rolls of tape, which took care of the 11 courts that we had.  But in the email below you said that I would need 22 rolls of tape for 11 courts, so it appears that I over ordered.  Since I'm selling this to the Township of Woodbridge, NJ, for the State Senior Olympics, I wanted to be a little more accurate.  I hope they don't think that I am taking advantage of them.  I don't think this will be a problem, because we should be able to use the tape for next year.  Secondly, in reviewing the last purchase, I see that your company charged me $6.99 per roll, so this year you are charging a dollar more.  That's a pretty good jump in price, so again I hope they don't think I'm taking advantage of them.  Last year I sold them 11 pickleball courts, balls, paddles, etc., so they are a pretty good customer.   John

1 of 5 Terrible product June 27, 2013
Reviewer: Judy from Ardmore, PA United States
We put this down outdoors on a Tuesday in the sun, pressed it hard into the outdoor tennis court surface.  By Thursday night, pieces were coming up.  By the following Tuesday, most of it was detached.  Now we did have heat (90's) and rain for a few days, but I was shocked how fast it deteriorated and detached.
Fortunately, the glue left a nice residue (permanent??), so we are chalking the glue with kid's sidewalk chalk and it works.  Will not spend any more $$$ to tape courts.
nb.  Used painters tape from a local hardware store on the two other courts and they are still mostly intact, but I am not hopeful they will last the summer either..
