I recently purchased the Rally Deluxe Net and unfortunately a weld on one of the parts had broken. I reported the problem to Pickleball Central and in less than two hours I had confirmation that a replacement part was being shipped. I reported the problem on a Monday and had the replacement part in hand on Thursday — awesome customer service in my book!

We love our pickleball net. When we pulled it out this season we realized we lost one part of the set and were worried we would have to buy a whole new set. But I went to their website and they responded immediately, helped me find just what we needed and had it to me within a week. I will buy all future sets from them. Fantastic service and parts!

We received our pickle ball net and a part was bent so we couldn't fit another piece into it. The replacement part came scratched ( used part) and it was also bent. **Contacting -BL

Ordering my net was easy and it arrived at the promised time. I put it together and one piece of the frame just did not fit the other pieces (end hole too small). I called pickleball central and the sent me a replacement piece which fits perfectly. The net is solid and the seller is too.

Center Frame Support

Our Rally Deluxe Net has round tubes for the frame. The part ordered had support for an oval cross-section frame. We were able to salvage the round tube portion from our old frame support to replace the oval cross-section support. It would be nice to know which style center support you are ordering .

The first time I set up my new net, the small rectangular piece that was welded on to the center piece that holds the net up broke off. I contacted customer service and was very pleased at the prompt reply and I received a replacement part very quickly. I appreciated this great customer service . Thank you!
