Placed order on 9/12/2020 and noted as "shipped" the same day. Shipping advisement notes that this is a "drop shipment" with a delivery of 2 to 5 business days and am still waiting for delivery. (I did receive the 36 free pickleballs in a timely fashion.) Since I noted another previous review that was critical of the promoted delivery, I would suggest that, every thing else being equal, that you show a longer lead time on delivery so that customers are aware that it may be several weeks until this item is received!*** PBC response: We apologize for the delay in shipping this product. this machine does everything it claims. it a great workout. to practice all of your shots. a broke off a rubber foot from the bottom of the machine call up for parts and he ship them out the same day with no problem at all great service. the battery so has been great after playing 1 1/2 hours on it it charge up very fast. you got a place to use it great fun and a work out. just take a little time to set it up on the court about the speed and elevation after it easy and the speed just over half is plenty of power for you.

The way I found the external power supply was when it jammed the machine. There was nothing on the machine or in the instructions that said to look inside the machine for the power pack. Rubbing against the wheels messed up the wires on the power adapter.
