Rally Graphite Power 2.0 Paddle

The Rally Graphite Power 2.0 is the next evolution of our top quality, affordably priced Rally. The main change centers around the new, thicker polymer PowerCore which features an extra large sweet spot and the strength needed to make those winning shots. We’ve also revised the edge guard to include a neck guard and corner shield which greatly improve durability and protect the paddle’s inner structure. The responsive feel and extra “pop” in every hit make it easier than ever to overcome the competition.

The Rally Graphite Power 2.0 averages around 8.0 oz. The Rally’s unique Winn Dry Grip was adapted from high-end golf designs to offer incredible traction and a cushioned feel that eliminates moisture. The face of the paddle is 8-1/8” wide with a medium grip circumference. It’s both beginner-friendly and versatile enough for intermediate players.

The Rally Graphite Power 2.0 is a fantastic all-around paddle that will help you reach your pickleball goals faster than ever.

Available in the following colors: red, blue, green and yellow.
PickleballCentral Expert's Corner:
  • Club Player's Review of the Rally Graphite Power 2.0 Paddle

  • We received the following review of the Rally Graphite Power 2.0 from the folks at the Active Generations Pickleball Club in Sioux Falls, SD. They had experienced player Jim Irby conduct a demo day with the paddle where he and many other members of the club put the paddle through its paces in some real world conditions. Here is Jim's review:

  • "In addition to playing with it myself, I decided to ask as many club members as possible to play with it and let me know how they liked it. We tried to get a mix of seasoned, new, male and female, power, and touch players to evaluate it. The overall comments were positive, so much so that one player ordered one immediately.

  • The first thing I noticed about the Rally 2.0 was the power. I had to back off my typical swing to keep my serves in the court until I got used to it. Our demo paddle weighed in at 7.83 oz. The average weight of 8.0 oz is perfect for anyone needing a bit more power behind their shots. Other players mentioned that they were able to scoop up running stretch shots because of the larger paddle face and larger sweet spot. The grip is shorter and the paddle face longer than many paddles and the shape helped save a couple of off-center shots that would have otherwise been mis-hits.

  • The paddle is noticeably thicker than many on the market. This is neither a pro nor a con. It is just an observation, but most likely the thicker core is a contributing factor to the extra power I noticed when I first used the paddle. Everyone noticed a distinct difference in the sound. I felt the paddle was deceptively quiet. That took a little getting used to because I’m used to a much louder paddle.

  • A couple of players who hit with a lot of spin felt the Rally offered good feel and touch. I personally found the control very good.

  • Everyone who played with the paddle praised the feel of the grip material. It was soft, cushioned well, and felt dry even in sweaty hands. In short, I found this to be an excellent value in its price range for a polymer core graphite face paddle.

  • Everyone in the Club knows we respect Pickleball Central as a first-rate supplier. I thank them for giving me the opportunity to evaluate this new addition to their line of private-brand paddles. Check the complete selection of their own branded paddles as well as a full selection of name brands. My personal experience is that regular shipping will get your order here in 3 days."

Power and touch in lighter paddle October 27, 2017
Reviewer: Sam Holt from Daphne, AL
A real surprise paddle with a lot of power and touch. Didn't expect this light of a paddle to make it so each to attack the backline. It took several strokes not be to deep. But on the other side of the surprise was the ease of blocking or dinking into the kitchen.
Pickleball Central presented this demo paddle to our club and a majority of members gave it favorable thumbs up.
For me, the Winn grip cushion was familiar as my golf grips. Combine this with reduced moisture buildup it is a definite 5 star paddle.
Spin & ball control matched with solid hits helped my game performance. This paddle is not an either (power) or (dink) type of paddle, it is the complete game tool.
Thanks again to Pickleball Central for giving our club members the opportunity to test a new and different paddle for all levels of play.

Light, Well Balanced October 26, 2017
Reviewer: Philip Truthteller from Daphne, Alabama
This is a quality, well made paddle. It is light weight and a great paddle for those who like a paddle that allows for a lot of touch and finesse. It felt good in my hand and easy on my joints. I didn't detect a lot of had shock or vibration. This paddle might be a good option for those players who deal with elbow pain. The grip is comfortable and long enough to accommodate most players hands. If you are looking to try a lighter paddle, this would be a good choice.  Overall, an excellent paddle.

Rally Graphite 2.0 October 22, 2017
Reviewer: Gerald Locklin from Daphne, Alabama
I've been playing pickleball since January of this year. My skill level is probably at level C. My background includes racquetball and I tend to play those types of shots, hard and low. I am currently playing with a composite paddle which is heavier than most paddles I've tried. It seems to give me a lot of power but less control.

The Rally Power 2.0 paddle feels good in my hand. I like the grip and feel I have pretty good control with it. The weight is just a tad light but I am able to make some good shots with it. I am trying to reduce the number of unforced error shots, trying to hit the ball down the middle, and backing off the power for better control. I'm also trying to hit drop shots and to put spin on the ball. This Rally paddle seems to have all the characteristics I'm looking for and, over time, hopefully I will be a better player. Thank you to Pickleball Central for letting me try your Rally 2.0 demo paddle.

Rally Graphite 2.0 October 22, 2017
Reviewer: Linda Locklin from Daphne, Alabama
I am relatively new to pickleball and have tried 3 different paddles --- a lightweight older graphite, an inexpensive composite, and my current $90 graphite. I enjoyed playing with this Rally Graphite 2.0 and would compare it favorably with my $90 paddle. I had good ball control and power from the back of the court, less from the kitchen line. I would need more practice volleying with it. I liked the feel of the grip and the weight did not tire my arm at all although I'm small --- just over 100 lbs. I found it easy to dink and my serves were very accurate and deep. I would recommend this paddle to any beginner to advanced player.I appreciate Pickleball Central giving me an opportunity to try this demo paddle.
