PickleballCentral Expert's Corner:
Reviews of the GAMMA Razor Pickleball Paddle by PickleballCentral Staff:- "When I saw that Gamma was coming out with the Poly Core paddles, I was excited to give them a try. The first one I hit was the Razor. It has the Poly Core and a Graphite Face. I love this combination for control. The core gives the paddle the best feel of any Gamma paddle yet. The graphite face grabs the ball and allows me to place the ball with accuracy. I was happy with how the Razor played from the baseline, too. The sweet spot is very active and gave me the power I needed for serves and returns. If you are a Gamma fan, this is the paddle you’ve been waiting for."

- "I got to play with the new GAMMA Razor paddle today, and I really liked the grip when I picked it up. The grip is really unique, almost like it's two-layered. I think it will work well for people who perspire a lot and need a grip with great moisture management. I'm partial to paddles that have a top heavy grip, and this paddle worked great for me on serves, and volleys. It has a good amount of power, as well as control. I was able to consistently create great spin off the paddle face. The control at the kitchen is good for a paddle with a head heavy weighting. Normally you trade a bit of that soft touch for a bit of power, and Gamma has done a good job of balancing these traits. It plays a bit softer than its sister paddle - the Mirage. The design is really unique, with crazy cool graphics. If you are a racquet ball or ping pong player, I think this paddle might be a good match for your typical swing type."
