Description Technical Specs

Pro S1G Polymer Graphite Paddle

The Pro S1G Graphite was made for players who can’t decide whether they want control or speed. This paddle asks, “Why choose?” The tough graphite face will send pickleballs flying over the net, and thanks to the lightly textured face, it’s easier to use spin as well. However, the softer polymer core will allow you to adjust how much “pop” you want behind your shots for those precise dink exchanges.

The Pro S1G Graphite comes in both a 7.3 – 7.6 oz weight or a higher 7.8 – 8.2 if you select the S1G+ model. If you’re a player who wants some extra power behind your hits, this is the way to go. You can also select between small and medium grip sizes to ensure the maximum amount of comfort for your hands.

The Pro S1G Graphite offers players a big sweet spot and a balance of the qualities they need in a paddle to defeat any challenger.

S1G paddle February 2, 2017

Took a couple of days to feel comfortable with the shorter handle of S1G...but I really like the paddle. Great touch paddle with the extra pop when needed.  And I like the slightly larger face....feels like a larger sweet spot.  Also, with the help of customer service they sent the exact weighted paddle I wanted.

Pro S1G Polymer Graphite January 30, 2017
Reviewer: Gary Gossett from Simi Valley, CA United States
Recently, while at a clinic, I demoed the Selkirk Pro S1C Polymer Composite paddle. Liking it so much.. I ended up purchasing one from PickleballCentral knowing that their "try it for 30 days" return policy might favor me if (for any reason) I wasn't completely satisfied with my purchase.

I played with my new S1C paddle for 20 days then decided that I had made a mistake and needed more soft control in my game so, I returned the S1C and ordered the Selkirk Pro S1G Graphite version which now I'm completely happy with.

PickleballCentral made it so easy for me to find the correct paddle for my style of play. No hassle, no questions, only great service with a great attitude. I love Pickleball Central. They're the best😘

High end paddle January 14, 2017
Reviewer: Tom from St. Francis, MN United States
I was currently using a Selkirk 300AXL+ (a great paddle by the way) but was looking for something just slightly lighter with a shorter, smaller grip (I like to use and overwrap) with hopefully more control at the net. The first two games I played with this paddle I completely hated it and almost just packed it up and sent it back. It just did not have the same pop as my aluminum core 300 but then I forced myself to play with it again and the paddle is really starting to grow on me. I am able to do things with this paddle Control wise that I was not able to do with my 300. If you are a banger i don't think you would be happy with this paddle but if you are and advanced player looking to improve your control game i would recommend it.
