We are David Johnson and Anna Copley and a team of manufacturers, shippers and designers. We are located in Kent, Washington, a suburb of Seattle.

We started PickleballCentral.com in September 2006 as a hobby website. After three years, the sport of pickleball was booming and our little side business had grown into a full-time enterprise serving thousands of customers.

Although I had been warned The Whomper paddle weighted in a a hefty 12 to 13 ounces, I purchased the paddle thinking I wanted a heavy paddle. Received The Whomper as scheduled and played that night in my local senior group and knew immediately I had a problem as the paddle was much too heavy for my game. I thought I had just made a $100 plus mistake but decided to email David and see if I could return the paddle and make another selection. He emailed back immediately with the good news that I just needed to choose another paddle and he had my new paddle selection on the way even before I had returned The Whopper. Great experience in old fashioned customer service and a great way to insure I will be a customer for life and will spread the news that the service cannot be beaten at Pickleball Central.com.
